The castle of the King and Queen of the Fay.

Arthur and his companions arrive at a tall castle, white and bright, with tall shining turrets that seem to be made of crystal. Arthur grinned boyishly.
"Are you all ready to meet the king and queen?"

Dina was staring in awe at the castle.
She snapped her mouth closed and gave the tiniest of shakes of her head
"Yes?" She said uncertainly.

"Don't be frightened," Arthur said. "I'll protect you. Surely no-one would dare offer you harm. And Morgan has been here before."
"No," Morgan said. "I've met the King and Queen, but not here. I met them at a festival in the forest. I've never seen this castle before. But I'll do what I can to protect everyone. Not everything in this world is decided at swordpoint."
Arthur smiled and turned to Dina.
"Perhaps a drink would settle your nerves?"

Dina shook her head more visably. Then seemed to snap out of her fear.
"Shall we get this over with?" She asked quietly.

"Of course."
Arthur strode boldly forward and led the group towards the castle. It was guarded by two great golden eagles but there were no men present.
"What do we do now?" Arthur asked Morgan.
Morgan smiled and seemed to glow.
"Leave it to me! Hail!" She cried. "I am Morgan of Cornwall, a friend of the Fay. My brother Arthur Pendragon, King of Dumnonia and High King of the Britains seeks an audience with the King and Queen of the Fay."
"Welcome, Morgan le Fay. Enter our castle with your companions."
The great double doors swung open at the castle was shown to be as bright and shining inside as out. Arthur grinned at Morgan and started inside.
"Come on, everyone!"

Dindrane faltered for just a moment then followed Arthur and Morgan.
She seemed determined to make her stay in the Kingdom of the Fay as short as she could to start on the bigger journey.

Though the castle looked like a more beautiful version of a castle in a storybook, inside it was very different. Greenery was everywhere. Small trees seemed to grow through the floors and vines climbed up the walls. It was beautiful. The group was led through the castle by one of the eagles until they reached a bright garden in the very centre. A woman sat on a wooden bench. Or at least she seemed like a woman. Her features were humanoid but they were not entirely human. She had golden skin and her eyes were almond shaped and pure green. She wore a low-cut short gown, sleeveless, in emerald green. Her hair was a vivid, unnatural red.
"Be welcome to the court of the Fay. I am Argante, our queen."

Galahad took an instant dislike to the Queen. She seemed...false, as if nothing about her was real. Galahad tried to keep his dislike from appearing on his face. The queen was their host, and although he would be wary of her, she did deserve to be treated with respect.

"Your companions are very quiet, Morgan," Argante observed.
Morgan smiled.
"Respectfully quiet, Your Majesty."
"Well then, sit and rest, all of you. Eat and drink if you desire. Our dancers shall entertain you while I speak with Morgan."
"And with my brother, Arthur Pendragon."
The Queen of the Fay smiled. Her teeth were unnaturally white. She snapped her fingers and a host of young female fay came running. They were scantily clothed and began to perform a writhing dance for their guests. Queen Argante led Morgan and Arthur to the high table to speak quietly together.

Dina looked away from the dancers, her eyes trained on her hands on her lap, she was deep in thought.

Galahad stared at the dancers icily. It was clear what their purpose was. If they wanted to seduce him, they could do their best. He would show them that not all men would fall victim to their charms.

Dinadan watched the dancers with interest, they were clearly well practiced.

Gawain sat beside Dina, gazing at the dancers, in spite of his resolution to look after the girl beside him. While his attention was elsewhere, a golden skinned man with pointed ears and eyes like sapphires strode up to Dina.
"Greetings lady. Will you dance with me?"

"I...uh...sorry?" She stumbled

"I asked if you would care to dance."
He was more beautiful than handsome, slender, with long fingers and a long golden hair.
"It will be like no dance you have ever danced in your world."
