"Why not send me? I am your brother, despite all our differences. She is the sister of a King and the daughter of a King. Their pride can be awful to swallow. Is it not enough to get an apology at all?" Lancelot asked, leaning back against the wall and letting his feet move so he was sat beside the door. Thinking this may be a lengthy chat.

"You didn't do anything wrong." Galahad said feeling a little guilty about treading on his brother's toes. "Well I'm sure you found her treatment of me amusing, but while you should regret that, you should not have to apologize for her barbaric behavior."
OOC: sorry for the delay

"I should be an even worse brother than I am if it amused me." Lancelot said with a sigh and ran a hand through his hair, "You would think growing up in a convent would make her less so. Truth be told, I think she is rather quick to anger in her need to defend her paganism, but if she feels strongly about it, putting up with it and not rising to it would be easier for the time being, do you not think. The sooner we are done with this, the sooner we can return to Camelot and you can be rid of her." Lancelot said, trying to seem reasonable. He did not like saying bad things about Morgan, but he would rather that and appease his brother than not.

"You weren't amused?" Galahad sounded confused. "But...surely you..."
There was a pause and then he opened his door. "I'm sorry I stepped on you Lancelot. I thought you were on her side." Galahad said, abashed. A pool of water formed at his feet as he spoke.

"I am not on anyone's side, Galahad, but if I were, blood runs thicker than water." Lancelot said without looking up at Galahad but held up the towel he had brought with him so his brother could take it to get dried with.

"Blood runs thicker than water yet you aren't on anyone's side?" Galahad frowned. "Then either religion is of greater import to you than I thought, or you like Lady Morgan more than you are willing to admit."
He took the towel from Lancelot and began to dry himself with it while waiting for his brothers reply.

"Religion means little to me, but Morgan is just another Lady, and I have no real interest in her, but Arthur pointed her as our leader, and I follow the King's orders, as a good knight should. The less arguing and strife the better off we shall all be." Lancelot replied with a shrug, "You should know who I would choose if it was ever a choice between the two of your really, family is the most important thing to me, but you do not make it easy... and I suspect, neither do I."

"No, you do not." Galahad agreed. "But at least you have the decency to admit when you are wrong, unlike Morgan. You say she is a leader? What kind of leader attacks their companions?"

"she did not attack you, but it was wrong of her to threaten you, and she knows that, hence why she sent me." Lancelot said and got up, he had felt like attacking Galahad a few times himself, bis brother was young though, and had the attitude of a sixteen year old to match, though Lancelot could hardly call himself humble.

"Fine." Galahad muttered. "You can tell her that I accept her apology. Can I have my sword back, now?"

"I will tell her, but how about you dry up and come back with me? I don't think we're finished talking about what to do with the quest. I am sure you'll want your input." Lancelot said and stood up and smiled at his brother and put a hand on his shoulder, "You can be the better person and rise above it, I know you are, after all, we are related, how could you not be, some of my grace a charm must be in there somewhere." he went on with a grin, to show he was only joking.

Galahad frowned ever so slightly, not liking the idea that he might share traits with his brother. He clenched his teeth together preventing himself from saying something, now was not the time to do so.
"Give me a minute to dry off. I'll be with you shortly." he said before retreating into his quarters.

Lancelot nodded and stepped away to give his brother some room, and waited until he was ready to return.

Galahad emerged several minutes later, noticeably drier than he had been.
"Right. Lead on then Lancelot." he said to his brother.

Lancelot smiled and began walking back to the room where the meeting was and waited outside the door to let his brother walk in first, so it didn't look like he had marched Galahad back.
