An ancient port, once the centre of the tin trade with the mainland. Mount St Michael is very close and on a clear day can be seen clearly from the harbor.

After a couple of days of travel, King Mark accompanied by 100 of his men arrives at the port, looking to take ship for Brittany.

They find a ship that is due to leave port two days later but the captain is a Breton making his way home and, whereas a Cornish captain would have offered Mark free passage, the Breton insists on their paying a moderate fee.

Mark grumbles at the price, but not wishing to delay any further, agrees to the captain's fee. He made a mental note to mention the insult to King Hoel.
Once agreed, he leads his men aboard.
