"No, I've never met him," Arthur agreed. "I imagine him as a great warrior. I would like his friendship but I fear he and some of the other kings see me as just a boy. I will have to prove myself."

"My father is a proud man," Iseult said, with a nod, "But I find most men are proud to at least some degree." She did not want to think on how Arthur thought the best way to prove himself. if it was in battle, it would mean a battle against her people, but if her father could meet him he could judge for himself if Arthur was just a little boy. She would not presume to advise a King though, especially in her Position. "If he judges you by how my brother was at sixteen it is no wonder, he was such a bother. We both were." She said with a smile, trying to add some levity back into the conversation.

"Oh, what is your brother like?" Arthur asked. "How old is he now? Were you and he close?"

"Yes, we were, we used to spend a great deal of time together when I was in Ireland. He would was about eighteen when I left so he would be twenty one now, I think. He loved going exploring and getting people into trouble, I do not really know what he is like now." She said with a sad smile, "You and I are opposites,"

"Yes, we are, but I know Morgan has made you welcome. And I will help to do so where I can. No-one should have to be alone or unhappy, Lady Iseult. Is there anything you need?"

"I assure you that I am not unhappy at all, you are being very kind to me already." She said with another smile, "Camelot has been a much nicer place in my mind since you ascended the throne."

"Has it? I am flattered," Arthur said with a smile. "It's only been four months. Imagine, I was just a simple squire before New Year's Day, and now I am a king who is supposed to have a great destiny ahead. It's very daunting, though I am thankful I can make a difference to you, Lady Iseult."

"Some are born great, some achieve greatness and some have greatness thrust upon them," Iseult said, "I cannot remember where i read that from, but it seems to hold true." She said, wondering which Arthur would be, and more important where he thought he would be, "Did you want to be a king, before you were one, my lord?"

"Not at all!" Arthur declared, laughing. "I only wanted to be a knight. But I never knew that my father was King Uther until the tournament. I thought my father was just some knight of Camelot and Sir Ector had promised him he would take care of me. I was more surprised than anyone when they told me I was the rightful king."

"You seem to have adjusted to it very quickly." Iseult commented, with another smile, "Forgive me, I am keeping you from your giants," She said, glancing to the large book in his hand.

"Er...yes. But I don't mind, truly! Not when the distraction is as lovely as you."
Arthur bowed to Iseult with a grin.
"I would be more than happy to talk to you any time you wish, my lady."

Iseult went slightly pink at his compliment but grinned back at him, "You are very kind, my Lord, I warn you though, I shall hold you to that."

"If that is meant to worry me, it doesn't," Arthur said with a laugh. "I am always happy to oblige a beautiful young lady."

"I know better than to threaten you," Iseult replied playfully and curtseyed to him, "Thank you for talking to me, my lord. Sláinte chugat" She said with a smile and walked to find where Gaius had walked off to in order to ask him about a good book recomendation.

Dina entered the library to find a new book to read. She had finished the one that she was reading before and needed something to occupy her mind.
