Physical Description:

Personal History:
Hallewes was born to a little known healing woman in a small village. She was taught some of the arts of healing at a young age, but when she was a little over five she was kidnapped and taken away to Cerden by a Sorcerer. The Sorcerer took her as payment for a service that her father had used but never honoured. For years her parents, unbeknown to her, searched to no avail.
The Sorcerer was much feared, yet revered in the lands around the stronghold. His power was great and he taught her his skills. Her parents watched in horror when they realised that their daughter was being taught by the Sorcerer, and the townspeople feared that she would be a worse tyrant then the man that had kidnapped her.
When Hallewes was sixteen, some knights attacked the sorcerer and left Hallewes close to dead. She was brought back to the living world by the Sorcerers slave, Bedaint who then proceeded to continue her training. Hallewes trusted the slave with everything and when she grew more powerful she asked on how the Sorcerer died, having driven the memory from her mind.
Eventually Bedaint told her of the knights, pinning the blame on her true parents. Hallewes took the news calmly, planning to take her revenge after she felt she had enough power. She travelled around to learn more then what the slave could teach her.
While she was away Bedaint kept her stronghold at Cerden, few people took notice of the stronghold so Hallewes knew it was safe. Bedaint knew a few tricks of the Sorcerer’s keeping the townspeople in fear. Hallewes returned there after seven years of travelling with secrets that some had forgotten. Hallewes hid what she knew from most people, content to keep the town in peace rather than destroy hope.
At twenty-one she returned to the tiny village she was born to face her parents. They recognised her as she looked like her mother but she didn’t show any knowledge of who they were to her. She all but destroyed the tiny village, leaving it as a sign for those who decided to oppose her.
At the village a knight swore himself to her. At first she was annoyed at the audacity at the suggestion that she needed a man to help her but she decided that having one anointed as a knight would help more then hinder. She took the wayward knight into her service, and soon found that he was willing to help her in creating havoc. Hallewes started to depend on the knight, soon trusting her as she did to Bedaint
Some in the town thought that she would be easier to rebel against, rather then the Sorcerer. Hallewes decided to listen to their complaints then make an example of those who said against her.
After a few years Hallewes decided that she wanted to know more about the darker side of magic so again went travelling. This time further away. She returned aged twenty seven to find that her stronghold had been invaded by some knights. Apoplectic with rage she disguised herself into the household, working with Bedaint and Ser Ironsides to get her hold back on her home. Eventually she won the “battle” leaving all but three of the knights dead. Since that day she swore revenge on all that took the knightly vows.
