She might've been successful with any of the other knights, but Galahad is far to pious to fall victim to her charms.

That's why he was the target. As in the poem, the point was to try and seduce the pure character and make him behave dishonourably. Of course, I could be REALLY mean and roll for it but I'm just messing with you until I can let you guys arrive at Tintagel (should be very soon now) so I will only roll for such things if it's of major plot importance. I don't want to force characters into situations appropriate for their characterisations unless it's for a really good reason.

Galahad, you'll be pleased to know that wind up time is almost over. We'll just tidy up that conversation and then you guys can arrive at Tintagel now that Mark is back.

I find it amusing that despite being the least capable at combat of the knights, Dinadan seems to be the most effective. If only Galahad could fight like that!

I know, it's weird. He gets some good rolls! 2 out of 3 so far were high while Tristram got all low rolls this time.

The four men try to attack the wolf together but it's fast and furious despite beign wounded by Dina. None of them manage to hit it but it gouges poor Dinadan in the side with its claws. Dina hit it in round 4? Because nobody wounded it prior to that.

Yes, that was round 4. I rolled Dina before I rolled the guys because obviously any damage she does affects the skills of the wolf. Did I forget to say that directly?
Everyone had a terrible round apart from Dina and Merlin.

You mentioned Merlin, but I don't think you mentioned Dina.

I've been reading some of my old posts as Galahad. God, he really is an asshole, it'll be a challenge to be such a jerk again!

You did it well, so I'm sure you could manage. Although I'm not sure your version of Galahad deserves to be called the "purest" knight. I like him in a weird kind of way, especially his relationship with Lancelot and his suspicion of Morgan. Although, I think I'm going to have to try a bit harder to include some sympathetic Christian characters among the NPCs. I was maybe a little too biased in favour of the pagans before.

Ok guys, my exams are all finished and I'm pretty much free for the next few months. All I can do now is wait for my results to come at the beginning of July. If I get what I want, I'll be heading off to study Arthurian Literature in Wales. So, I'm now free to think more seriously about the rebirth. Any more suggestions? I'm going to suggest that we could start at the beginning of June. That gives any stragglers time to come back if they want to. If not, they'll lose their characters, and then we can consider advertising for new people.

Of course. I don't want to take characters away from people I trust to RP. I appreciate player loyalty. So, as far as I'm concerned, you (and the others of the original loyal 5) are more than welcome to keep your existing characters. Should any of you you wish to take a 3rd I will enter negotiations on what kind of character would be appropriate.
I will probably make a ruling that new people can only have 1 character to start with though, that will make it easy to handle quitters.
