Dina laughed.
"Sir Gawain will understand I am sure." She said lightly. "Anyway if he wanted me he would come and talk so you need not worry."

"Perhaps I intimidate him, it would not be for the first time," Iseult joked with a bright smile, her apparent cheery disposition and small stature not typical traits of one who is intimidating.

Dina giggled.
"Prehaps you do Lady Iseult. I am sure that you can be quite scary when you want to be."

"Can't we all?" She asked with a smirk, "And please, just call me Iseult, or Issy, if you like, that was what my family called me, but no one here ever seems to."

"As you wish... Issy." Dina replied. She smiled. "I suppose that we have all been brought up on old traditions here."

"Do you not know anyone who is called something they were not born as, I thought I heard someone call you Dina, when your name is Dindrane." She said, "I think it is because few people know me here, properly, I am a bit of an outsider."

Dina wrinkled her nose. "i have always hated being called Dindrane." She said. "I never used to answer when someone would call me it so I am now called Dina most of the time."
"I was told once that the irish were not to be trusted." She grinned. "But I dont think that you are an evil person really."

"Then my evil Irish plan is working perfectly." Iseult said with a laugh, "Everyone here seems to have such a negative view on Ireland. Other than me have you met an Irish person?"

Dina shook her head,
"Cannot say that I have." She said. "Bit I have grown up in where your people invaded before, sometimes only time will heal that. Maybe us becoming friends will change views."

"I was not aware we had tried invading in a while." Iseult said with a soft smile and a shrug, "I find our little Islands are always trying to conquer one another, no doubt all evils done to you have been paid back in kind, why not let bygones be bygones. After all, maybe Arthur will get his way and we'll all be best friends under one banner."

"Lets hope. From meeting you I cannot see that all are evil." Dina replied with a grin. "But we may fall out when I win."

"Yes, I would be happy to serve you in that regard." Galahad said, allowing the beginnings of a smile to appear on his face. //// "I don't think it's fair for me to tell you what to do." Dinadan replied. "You are the one doing the magic after all." "Good. I will have no kingdoms ruled by men I do not trust," Arthur said firmly. "Together, we will make Britain a place of peace and prosperity." //////// "Oh. Hmm. Then watch this. I'll do something small so we don't alarm our companions." Seren whispered a spell, its sounds sibilant and soothing, and then up ahead, the trees began to dance. Their branches waved left and right in unison as if moving in tune to a song only they could hear. The men gasped and swore in amazement. Seren, however, was smiling. "Will that serve, Sir Dinadan?"

Dina looked confused as Iseult spoke Irish. "You will have to teach me your language Issy." She said with a smile. "Maybe then we could have secret conversations."

"You consider that small?" Dinadan asked, grinning as always. "Nay, small would be my role in our coming battles against the Saxons if we have allies like yourself."
////////
"Yes, it would not do to have unfit men ruling in your name." Galahad agreed.
