"I have already forgotten it," She said with another small smile at the informality, she was more used to it, "Where is it you are from, Lady Dinadrane?"

Galahad had been watching Uriens converse with his mother out of the corner of his eye, and could not help but notice he was not paying very much attention to her. He turned back to Lancelot. "Is it just me brother, or is King Uriens being rather rude to mother?"

"Dina." She corrected lightly. "I am from Listeneise." She said grandly. "I have two brothers here somewhere too."
Dindrane waved her hand vaugely at the assembled beings.

"Brothers are always good. I have an older brother myself," she said, making small talk, "What is Listeneise like?"

Lancelot raised his eyebrows and turned to look on the scene, "Galahad, mother can handle herself more than we can handle things like this for her. She has us fight our own battles, we should extend her the same courtesy. If things seem to get out of hand, then I shall step in." He said, taking another sip of mead, "but by all means, run to the rescue, but not all maidens need a knight in armour to save them."

"What about the setting makes you uncomfortable?" Viviane asked softly. "I believe the castle servants have been working hard to make it a pleasant setting for all."

"It is small and pretty." Dina said with a grin. "I have not always loved having my brothers around though." She said seriously. "There were times that I wished that I was an only child."

Galahad scowled, and took a sip of his mead, before setting it down. "It has been...most enlightening speaking with you, brother." He said stiffly before walking away.

Uriens replied, "I am sure most are quite pleased with adornments, but my tastes have always been rather spartan." He looked at her, and kept his face blank.

"Oh. I see. Each to his own"
Viviane looked thoughtful. Just then, Morgan excused herself from the girls and strode over to them.
"Greetings. My lord Uriens, it is good to see you."
Her smile was pleasant though not warm.
"May I join you?"

Lancelot raised both eyebrows at his brothers back and gave it an incredulous look before huffing and looking round the room for someone interesting to talk to now that his family had deserted him.

"Oh why is that? There is nothing more important than family in my opinion," Iseult said to Dindrane, "Why did you wish that?"

Uriens looked at her, and said, "Of course. Your are always welcome at my side." He nodded to the Lady of the Lake, "I was just speaking with your acquaintance."

"Ah yes, the Lady Viviane was my instructor when I lived on Avalon. She taught me many things. I couldn't have asked for a better teacher."
"You do me honour," Viviane said with a laugh. "You were an excellent pupil, Morgan."
Morgan's voice was warm as she spoke to Viviane and there was an obvious affection between the two.
"My lady flatters me! And how are you liking Camelot, my lord?"

"Camelot is far from my home, and I love my home." Uriens said in response, he thought a long moment, before adding, "And how are you liking Camelot?" He studied her closely as he awaited a reply.

Meanwhile, a pretty blonde girl slid into a seat next to Lancelot. She was small and slight with big blue eyes and small but well-formed breasts.
"You are Sir Lancelot, aren't you?"
Her voice was quiet and breathy and she was obviously excited.

"Camelot is not my true home either but I like it very well," Morgan confirmed. "My brother and his advisors have done very well and I know they will do better. Are there mountains in Gore? I always imagine that there must be?"
