"That's a shame, maybe it'll be going on still when you get off duty, i'll try and make sure there's some show left." He said, stopping in the door and ushering Seren round with him, "just one more thing though." he said and drew his sword and pointed it at the man, and reverted back to his normal speaking voice "I'll be needing those keys."

The man swore, but, since he wasn't holding his spear, he could not retaliate. He tried to run but Seren tripped him and grabbed the keys. She held onto them.
"Tie him up," she told Lancelot. "It's the only way, unless we kill him."

"Giving me orders now?" Lancelot said, with a smirk and rather than tie him up, tried to slash across his throat with his sword.

The man died, blood spurting onto the stone floor. Seren watched him with a sad expression.
"So many dead, because of those two princesses and yet their father only wished to save them from the rigours of a siege. How sad."
She closed the guard's eyes once he stopped twitching.
"Shall I watch the door while you go find your brother?"

"It was safer if he died." Lancelot said, with a nod, not that he felt he needed to justify himself, "He could have broken from bonds, and besides, he didn't sound like a pleasant man." He said, and gave seren a small smile, "Not that I am any better now."
He wiped his sword and looked to the door, "Thank you." he said, and entered into the dungeons to look for Galahad.

The first group of cells was unoccuped and there were no more guards, but hen, as Lancelot progressed onwards, he saw two men standing outside a cell, next to a dead man in a guard's uniform. He didn't recognise the older man but the younger was definitely Galahad.

Lancelot ignored the dead man and the old man and walked right over to his brother and gave him a fierce hug, not caring if Galahad minded, and forgetting to remove his helmet.

Galahad was standing over the guard, panting tiredly when he felt someone grab him from behind. Realizing that the guard at the entrance must have heard the sounds of the fight, and rushed over to help the now dead guard, Galahad stomped as hard as he could on the feet of his assailant.

"ow!" Lancelot said and pushed Galahad roughly away from him before removing the helmet. "It's me." He said, in an angry voice.

"Lancelot?" Galahad turned to look at him, before raising his stolen sword slightly, as if he didn't believe him. "What are you doing here? You're supposed to be rescuing the princesses."

"Gawain and Dina are, I wanted to come here on my own, but Seren came with me. We thought you were dead for a while." He explained, "You're my brother. Though... if I knew you'd try and stab me and step on me, i wish I'd left you here." He added bitingly.

Galahad was at a loss for words, although whether it was due to Seren's being alive or Lancelot's stupidity was unclear.
After a moment, he spoke. "You're alive?" He said to Seren, disbelievingly. "How?"

"Did they hit you very hard, brother? Seren is by the far door." he said, motioning down the corridor, "And we do not have time for this chatting, we need to go."

OOC - Galahad, Lancelot is correct, Seren is too far for you to speak to her at present

"Oh." Galahad blinked a few times and then shook his head, as if it was bothering him. "Look brother, I don't mean to sound rude, but this is the worst attempt at a rescue I've ever heard of. You abandoned the princesses, leaving Gawain and his fool of a betrothed to rescue them. And for what? I escaped on my own, without your help."
