The northwestern coast of Scotland. Ynis Sci can be seen in the distance on a clear day. There are mostly fishing villages on this coast.

Urias looks around for any fishermen that are around that would be able to give him passage.

He sees a group of fishermen about to haul out their boats. It is early morning.

Urias approaches them, "Hello good people, would any of you care to take me to the isle of Ynis Sci?"

The men looked at him and made the sign of the evil eye. This was a pagan land so the sign they made was not the Cross of Christ but a gesture with two fingers raised and the middle two bent, in imitation of horns.
"Ynis Sci is an evile place, lord," one man said. "A demon lives there."

"I have heard stories of a sorcerer who wishes to travel their in hopes of bringing a great evil to the land. I have hopes of stopping this sorcerer and any evil that is on the isle." Urias claims.

"Aye, how are you going to do that? They say the demon on the isle is immortal," the fisherman said. "I don't know about some sorceror visiting him. I never saw anyone go there. But we don't go to the isle ourselves. More than our lives are worth."

The fisherman considered and then nodded.
"It is agreed, but I will wait and fish when you are ashore. I will not set foot on that wicked isle. Unless you want to be there more than a day? I can go and come back for you another day if you prefer."
