It had been too far away for Arthur to see what happened.
"Where's Dina?" He asked. "Is she safe? Did Dinadan help her?"

Dinadan had rode towards the group but had been unable to get there before Merlin. He rode up to Dina and tried to pull her up onto his horse.

Fortunately Dina was light enough that he had no trouble in doing so, and the Saxons were clearly not going to be a danger to them any more.

"Thank you sir." she whispered to him

Dinadan shrugged. "I was to slow, it is Merlin you have to thank." he replied honestly.

"And I will as soon as I see him." Dina replied. She looked around. "Have you seen my horse perchance?"

Dina frowned. "That... for want of a better word... man sent him off when he took hold of me. He has everything on him. I hope that man gets infected and dies." She said grumpily.

"I'm sure we will find your horse." Dinadan replied unsure how to respond to her second comment.

Dina didn't look convinced at his words.
"Would you mind if we had a look now?" She asked him nevertheless. "I only have one arrow here and I know that I have a few there with him and I feel terrible without them."

"Arthur and the others are no doubt worried about your safety." Dinadan replied. "But if you really want to look, then I suppose we can."

"I am sure that Merlin will have returned by now and said that he rescued me. Please Sir, everything that I brought with me is on that horse and I am no good to the quest if I have no arrows."

"Very well." Dinadan replied. "Where do you think he went?"

Dina closed her eyes and thought.
"He went opposite to where the man was. So that way." She pointed in the general direction she thought.

Dinadan turned his horse the way Dina had pointed. He rode slowly looking for any sign of the horse.
