A monastery set on a small hill east of Tintagel.

Morgan rides towards the monastery with her companions.
"Would you like to do the talking to begin with, Sir Galahahad? You are best qualified to converse with monks. I was raised in a religious house but among nuns. I believe monks are often uncomfortable around women. It occurs to me now that they might not even let me into the monastery. I should perhaps have sent Sagramore with you two and gone to the cave myself."

Galahad nodded. "Yes. It would be best if I did the talking. Would you like Lancelot to remain here with you, or come with me?"

"We will both come with you, but, if I am not permitted beyond the walls, then I would like you both to enter while I wait outside. Two may recall something that one forgets."

Galahad shook his head. "I have a very good memory. But if you feel the need to send Lancelot as well, so be it."
He coaxed his horse toward the monastery.

As they approached the monastery, Galahad noticed there was a grille in the big front door, from which a face peered out. When he got close, a reedy masculine voice piped out "Who goes there?"

"Sir Galahad. I am a knight of the court of King Arthur." Galahad called. "This is my brother, Ser Lancelot, as well as the kings sister, Lady Morgan."

"Be welcome to Bossiney," the man said. "I'm Brother Tor, the doorkeeper and porter. Do you come to see the Abbot?"

"Yes. We do." nodded Galahad.

"Then enter. I will see to your horses and then escort you to the Abbot. I am not sure if the Abbot will wish to see the lady but she may remain in the guest house if not."

Galahad nodded, and motioned for Morgan and Lancelot to follow him into the abbey.

Morgan dismounted quickly as the abbey door swung open. Once it did so, they could see that it gave onto a grassed area dotted with fruit trees, with a stable building to the left, along with a small lodge that most likely belonged to the porter, and a good-sized guest house to the right. The abbey dominated the area beyond the grassed area.
The porter took the horses away to the stable and said to the group "Please come to the guest house while I speak with Father Abbot."

Galahad nodded and followed the man to the guest house. Normally he would be pleased to be in a monastery, but not when the others were off looking for the relics.

The monk served them bread, cheese and fruit, along with cider, then went off to speak to the Abbot. Morgan seated herself at the table and helped herself to the food.
"Remember to ask about the hermit, Sir Galahad. And perhaps the monastery has a library with useful books."

Galahad did not really see why he had to be the one to remember all these things. Lancelot was coming with him as well.
"Yes, I'll ask of the hermit. And the library." He replied disinterestedly.
