Lamorak returned his sister's smile and nodded then raised his glass towards her. He wondered who she was speaking with. Fortune favored the bold so he made his way over to his sister.
"Dina, how is my dear sister?" He asked then gave her companion an appraising look. "and who is your beautiful friend?" he added without taking his eyes off Iseult.

"I am fine thank you Lamorak. This is Lady Iseult. Lady Iseult, my brother Sir Lamorak." Dine said with a smile.

"I am not so nice to all the ladies, only the truly beautiful ones." He said, the need to be charming starting to wear on him a bit, but he kept the act up admirably as he led her over to the edge where Galahad was sulking.
"Brother, this vision of christian virtue asked me to introduce you." He said once they arrived before Lancelot's brother, "May I introduce, Lady Elaine of Astolat." He said, having been striving to remember her name the whole way over, "Lady Elaine, this is my brother, Sir Galahad." He said, and looked to his brother with a smirk.

"It is a pleasure, Sir, are you enjoying the feast?" Iseult said, with a smile to Lamorak.

"I am pleased to meet you, sir," Elaine said, offering Galahad a curtsey. "Your brother speaks well of you."
That wasn't exactly true but she hoped it would please Galahad,

Lamorak favored his sister with a smile then focused on Iseult as she spoke. "Indeed, the pleasure is all mine. I have only just arrived though having the good fortune to have made your acquaintance is more than I could have hoped."
He paused a moment then added. "It appears that King Arthur was correct."

Diwrnach continued weaving hhis way through the feast hall drinking in bits of conversation weeding out the refuse.

"You are all charm, Sir." Iseult said with a large smile as she looked back at him., "I always enjoy meeting new people," She raised her eyebrows at the mention of Arthur, "And what did the King say, if i may pry?"

Lamorak chuckled softly "You are too kind my lady."
"You may...Let me think a moment, what did he say?" A playful expression on his face. "Well we were discussing the women at court and he made mention that you were one the most beautiful ladies in the realm."
He turned to Dina placing a gloved hand on her arm. "Fear not my dear, King Arthur paid you the same compliment."

"Well then, remind me to thank his grace for his kindness when I next see him, and thank you for agreeing with him. " Iseult said with a large smile, "You are fortunate to be coming at a time when a lot of beautiful ladies are coming to the city."

"A city without it's people. A husk almost of what it was. Now I'll tell you fighting alongside the germanic tribes now that was a terrifying thing."

Dinadan grinned, downing the contents of his cup in a single gulp. He reached over and began to refill it as he spoke to Tristram. "Yet that would be most unchivalrous of you, would it not? What manner of knave makes a lady work?" "A lazy knave." replied Tristram. "So do you see any ladies here that you think might like to sample you?"

Lamorak nodded "I am most fortunate in that though I doubt any could compare to your radiance." He looked from his sister to Iseult "Please forgive me, I did not mean to intrude upon your conversation. " he said

"My lady, I am honored to make your acquaintance. It pleases me to meet my fellow Christians at the court. It seems as if there are far to few of us." Galahad replied warmly, wondering why Lancelot had smirked at him. Perhaps he had underestimated his brother's charm, Elaine seemed infatuated with him. "I am surprised that my brother would speak well of me. We usually do not see eye to eye." Galahad glanced at Lancelot wondering what his brother was trying to do. Was he flaunting the fact that a Christian Lady was attracted to him? Galahad would not put such a gesture past his brother, but it did seem low, even for Lancelot.

Dinadan shook his head. "You know how I feel about such matters. I already have one liege, why should I seek out another?"

Post by Sir Ironside/Merlin on Oct 30, 2011 7:16:24 GMT
Ironside had to stifle a laugh as Morgause continued to attempt gossiping with Hallewes. It had been worth the trip to simply see his lady attempt to awkwardly interact with other women. As the topic of whether King Lot would make a good bedmate came up and the very man they were speaking of made his way over, the Red Knight excused himself.
Taking up a large tankard of ale, he made his way over to a secluded corner and looked around for someone worth his time. He had not the patience for the blather of child knights or the prattle of a betrothed woman speaking about her future husband, especially when he meant to bed her.

Not wishing to intrude on potential bonding between Arthur and Mordred, Merlin slid his chair back and stood up. He had spotted Viviane having what appeared to be an unpleasant discussion with King Uriens and could not resist an opportunity to speak with the famed Lady of the Lake.
"If you all will excuse me, this old man needs to stretch his legs a bit." he said, excusing himself and making his way over to the druidess.
"It appears some men are not wise enough to act with decency when a living legend is in their presence." Merlin greeted the Ruler of Avalon, donning a broad smile and leaning slightly on his aged rowen-wood staff.
