"Yes, I would like that very much," she said. "I feel that the gods are always honoured when two people come before them to share their desire."

Uriens shrugged, "Numbers themselves only go so far. Eventually you will want a few superior examples among those loyal to one's self." He casts an appreciative glance at Morgan, "It seems Arthur has that as well." "Oh? Are you complimenting my person or my loyalty to my brother?" She asked. There as an appreciative light in her eyes nonetheless.

"I have no way to measure your loyalty to Arthur." Uriens replied, he looked at her again, and added, "My words do not hold a candle to the truth." He smiled very slightly.

"Oh yes? And what would you say the truth is? I would like to know what you really think of me, my lord." OOC - come chat if you can

"Yes, I would like that very much," she said. "I feel that the gods are always honoured when two people come before them to share their desire." "Aye, it would seem as such. Would you care to join me for a drink? I'm rather dry after that performance."

"I do not have any deep insight into you, yet." Uriens took her hand in his, "but I know this you are beautiful, willing to stand up to your brother and of my faith. That is solid footing."

"I will," Merewyn agreed. "You deserve the drink. Let's find you something, perhaps ale or mead?"

"I'd say you were right on all counts," Morgan said. "But the question is, what shall we do with that information."
She let him hold her hand.
"I am going with Arthur on his quest so we may not see much of each other for a while, my lord."

"Mead sounds fantastic!" Taliesin said, his white teeth showing through a tanned face, though underneath, he couldn't help but remember his father's brandy that the miracle had brought the other day.

Merewyn led him to the barrels of mead provided for the revels. She drew them out a cup each and handed one to Taliesin.
"I love the sweetness, don't you?"

"Aye, and sweetness can be found in many a place," Taliesin said, winking at Merewyn.

"Indeed it can. And this is the perfect night for it."
She raised the cup to her mouth and drank, licking her lips afterwards.
"Do you live in the city, Taliesin?"

"Aye. I live in Camelot and serve in King Arthur's court." he said, taking a sip of the mead and reveling in the taste.

"Oh, that must be splendid for you. I came from Avalon with the Lady Viviane's party. I have never been to Camelot before now. I was born very close to Avalon so I am not used to travelling at all," she said.

"I will do no service for this Christian. God. Why do you? " asked Uriens dryly.

"I suppose that you could say that. It's a pleasure serving the son of the great Uther Pendragon. How do you enjoy the Lady Vivaine's court?"
