Morgause giggled. The warmth flooded back to her face.
"I shall remember that. Thank you, Sir Galahad. Then we are friends again?"

Galahad had not realized they had been friends to begin with. Clearly confused by her answer hesitated for a moment before managing to say. "Friends? Well, I suppose there is nothing wrong with that."

"Good. I am thankful that we have not parted on bad terms."

"I am pleased to hear it." replied Mark. "Your father granted me Cornwall and I wished to hear it from your own lips that nothing will change in that regard."

"That I am." replied Mark. "And it will remain so. I must also ask my lord, what you will require of Cornwall in this great venture you appear to have set your heart on."

"Your nephew and his friend are to join with us," Arthur said. "I ask only for your blessing that they may go. Alternatively, it may be that one or more of the treasures lie within our realm. If that is so, I must have access to your realm as needed."

"My nephew is Cornwall's champion and as such I am loath to let him go. However his heart is set on it and I love him well, so I have acquiesed." replied Mark. "And of course, access to Cornwall will be granted."
